ASCAP/BMI Attendance Count Report
The SFWGA pays music license royalties based on attendance. This report must be turned in to the Tabulation table at the conclusion of your contest

Contest Signage
Post at all entrance doors to the Gymnasium
Post at the Ticket Window
Directions and Traffic Flow signs to be posted around the contest area.
